Postage and Handling

Goods will be sent on the next working day after payment clears, (if they are in stock). If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date and hold or refund your payment. You choose.

Australia Delivery

We offer a 2-3 day courier service to the main centres in Australia once payment has cleared. Allow for 2-3 additional working days to outlying areas. Please note, for payment by cheque there is a 6 working day clearance time before your order will be sent out

Within Australia, for up to 3 items the postage and handling charge is AU$10.95.
Add AU$1.50 for each additional item.

Worldwide Special Delivery Charges

Body Jewellery

For orders of Body Jewellery only postage and handling is free anywhere in the world for up to three items of body jewellery. Where body jewellery is ordered with other products there will be no freight charge for the body jewellery component of the order for up to three items of body jewellery.

Gift Vouchers

For orders of gift vouchers only postage and handling is free anywhere in the world for any number of gift vouchers.

Gift Boxes

Postage and handling for gift boxes worldwide is based on the size of the box.

International Delivery

International orders, where delivery is outside New Zealand, attract airpost international postage rates. Delivery times anywhere in the world are approximately 2 - 8 days. Please see below for airpost international rates.
