  Smart Balls Original For Pelvic Toning: These should be government issued to all women! :) Im in my mid 20s and am yet to have children but had quite weak muscles. so much so that if i became slightly nervous if i laughed and noticed during that time of the month i may cough or sneeze and find myself squeezing my legs together for fear of slight leakage. I was told about these at an expo and went into the PN store to check them out. I thougth what the hell and gave them a try..   Smart Balls Original For Pelvic Toning. I have to say ten out of ten for the Dvice service, very polite and matter of fact. I like the fact that the Original Smart Balls are so hygienic, but I'm not happy with them for one large flaw. They are simply sized too long to comfortably fit and stay in. I'm very familiar with ben wa balls, my muscle tone is superb and weight stays in fine (even walking briskly). I used lube. I can even take the bigger girth. The issue is that the balls are larger - and *most of all* the thick connecting piece of silicone is long and only slightly bendy rather than compressing easily. This results in trouble pushing them all the way inside to stay in, and when I push them in fully the top ball is forced painfully sideways in my vagina. I am petite and haven’t had kids, but I still want something heavier to improve my orgasms and this one is not helpful. I’m not Octomom, I need something shorter! Connecting the balls with the same thin silicone strand used for the loop might work. Otherwise, I would be interested if Dvice ever stocked the stainless steel balls with no string. D.VICE replies: Thanks for your feedback. Fun Factory have manufactured the Smartballs original based on an average size. For some women this may not suit. However there is the option of trying the Smartball Uno whilst not as heavy as the Smartballs original, it is a single ball, and may suit women who find the double balls are not a comfortable fit.   SmartBalls;) Marvelous! To start with one ball would try and pop out (after 3 large babies, there is plenty of room down there) but not anymore now. For the horse riders among us, try sitting trot with these babies in!

  Smart Balls Original For Pelvic Toning;) Great product! didn't have much trouble getting it in as it came with the sample of lube, stayed in all day and i wore it while exercising, enhancing my workouts! this is so worth it, preferably for younger women with tighter muscles, as most of the reviews say the ladies should start with the single ball product. wish it came in a little drawstring bag or something though!

  Like a few others have mentioned, I have trouble keeping the balls inside my vagina. It's especially difficult when I go to powder my nose, the bottom ball tends to slip out when I urinate and that makes it really impractical for me to go out while using them. In a review for the uno ball a woman said that she had trouble with the duo one and changed to the uno and found that really good so I might get one of those when I have the cash and then try again.

  This is more a question than a review; I'm a 'little' lady; 5 foot nothing and of slight build. I have had a child (now aged 6) and have been using the balls for three days. I have had no problems getting the balls in, but they don't seem to want to stay there! I have never had problems using tampons and I push the balls in as far as they comfortably want to go; I just can't figure out why, after walking around for a few minutes, the lower ball just pops right out again. Are my muscles really that slack??? Does anyone have any feedback on this? Answer from D.VICE, some women find it more challenging using the SmartBalls and when the muscles get tired they will push the balls out. As recommended above, start with a single ball the SmartBalls Uno, and when that is working well, after 2-3 weeks of daily use...all day, move back to the double set.   SmartBalls have changed my life. I know it sounds corny, but there was so much I couldn't do for fear of wetting myself, even a good laugh could be spoiled. I was wearing pads and was considering surgery as having kid's really ruined my pelvic floor muscles. A friend put me on to the balls and I can now jump on the trampoline with the kids. It took me about a month of daily use. Tell a woman friend, this is definately a woman's best friend.

  I have had five kids, say no more!! These were recommended to me by my midwife and I am in turn recommending them to everybody I know.
