We'd not had any problems with erections prior to trialing this but it certainly enhanced it all the same and was a turn on to both of us. It did take a bit of working out the first time but lots of laughs in doing so. Took our sessions to another level in a very non-threatening way - I am the more adventurous one and he doesn't want anything 'kinky'. A subtle enhancer that was worth the fun!
