I found this book very helpful, it is difficult to know where to turn when you are not able to orgasm, everybody seems to be talking about and having orgasms easily. It is great having a book written by a woman as well. She helped me to identify why I was having difficulty having orgasms. I hadn't realised there were so many different causes - and then the strategies for becoming orgasmic. The diagrams are helpful as well and the work book means that you can look back and see what progess you have made. Also it is encouraging to read that you are not alone, many women for a whole range of reasons find it hard to orgasm.
