Postage and Handling
Goods will be sent on the next working day after payment clears, (if they are in stock). If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date and hold or refund your payment. You choose.
Australia Delivery
We offer an Australian Express Post courier service to anywhere in Australia. Allow 2-3 working days for delivery to the main centres in Australia once payment has cleared. Allow for 2-3 additional working days to outlying areas. Delivery is Mon-Fri only. Please note, for payment by cheque there is a 6 working day clearance time before your order will be sent out.
This is a discreet service as goods are sent in a courier bag that does not show the D.VICE name.
If you have paid by direct credit, we must have received the payment into the D.VICE bank account before the goods will be sent out. It can take 1-2 working days before the funds appear.
If there is likely to be a delay you will be notified immediately.
Within Australia, the postage and handling charge is AU$9.95.
Worldwide Special Delivery Charges
Body Jewellery
For orders of Body Jewellery only postage and handling is free anywhere in the world for up to three items of body jewellery. Where body jewellery is ordered with other products there will be no freight charge for the body jewellery component of the order for up to three items of body jewellery.
Gift Vouchers
For orders of gift vouchers only postage and handling is free anywhere in the world for any number of gift vouchers. Gift vouchers can only be used for mail orders or in store.
Gift Boxes
Postage and handling for gift boxes worldwide is based on the size of the box.
International Delivery
International orders, where delivery is outside Australia, attract airpost international postage rates. Delivery times anywhere in the world are approximately 4 - 12 days. Please see below for airpost international rates. This is a guide only, rates may vary.

D.VICE will contact you to advise of alternative freight prices before sending out your order. You will usually be contacted via email. Examples of orders which may attract an individual freight price charge include, but are not restricted to, unusually large orders or orders which contain more than three jewellery items.
